A comprehensive fan-effort to fix issues with the last four Ultima games, beginning with Ultima Underworld II and ending with Ultima IX.

The purpose of this project site is to ROM-hack and fix the many problems made with the last four Ultima PC games from the 90's: Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds, Ultima VII Part 2: Serpent Isle (and its The Silver Seed expansion), Ultima VIII: Pagan (Gold Edition), and Ultima IX: Ascension.They all had game-rushing-issues, which were the biggest reasons for their flaws. Our goal is to fix those problems with ROM-hackers, one game at a time, first to last. Aside from us knowing some of what was actually intended, we'll also need help from other Ultima game fans, as well, with the Ultima Game Issues & Nitpicks Facebook group. Here, fans can state their complaints/issues with the games, and we work from all that to make them the fully-grand games they were supposed to be. If you, yourself, are a player of at least any of these Ultima games, know all about them, or would like to know or need a refresher (Ultima Game Issues & Nitpicks FB group has posted links to YouTube walkthroughs of all existing Ultima games, as where as where to get the games online to play on your computer), we'd love to hear your issues/nitpicks! Also, If you have the necessary ability to ROM-hack these games, in any way, and would like to help, please check out our Staff Group link on our Home page to our Project Staff FB group, and request membership, saying what you can do, and if you have any experience and/or reference to show of past work.We'll start with the first game of the bunch: Ultima Underworld II, and work to getting it fixed by our knowledge and fan comments. Progress on the game patches can be viewed when you press on the specific game's link on the right side of the site pages, and below the progress notes you'll eventually find the patch to download and install on said Ultima game.
